Many tenants are looking for a fresh start . Dreamhome Exchange gives you the opportunity to talk to people all over the UK.
Once you find a property you are interested in our system allows you to contact direct and request viewings. We have a link below to our facebook page discussing all topics to assist moving and maps under each advert . We have a link to instant street view and recommend search via postcode before requesting viewings.Swaps can involve more than one property/multi swaps
Sometimes it is not always possible to find a direct swap , there has been times even a five way swap has happened.
Here at Dreamhome Exchange we believe that teamwork makes the Dream work and communication is the key.Once you have found somewhere you like, request a viewing
Mutual exchanges on average can take up to forty two days once all parties are happy to go ahead . We advise you to always view a property before agreeing to exchange. On average we have found it can take between three to twelve months to find your Dream home solid multi swaps and all inspections completed.
The quickest way to achieve this is by communication even if it is a no, is always best to respond so people know where they stand and there is no misunderstanding.
